With our custom application form, you can choose different fonts, change colors, add a background image and edit the copy on your application form.

Changing the layout of the application form

From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar

At the left, scroll down to 'Customize' and click Apply form

1. Change colors. You can pick your unique "Brand color" in the right sidebar. To change the text and background color, just hover over the application form and click the Appearance icon in the top right corner of the page
2. Edit copy. You can change the default text in the application form per language, words like ‘Apply now’ and ‘Personal info'. Click Edit copy and choose a language to change the copy. Hit Save when you’re done. The removed text will be replaced with the default text
3. Choose fonts. Select a (custom) font for titles, subtitles, and body text
4. Add a background image or color. To customize the application form even more, add a background image or color by hovering over the application form and then clicking the 'Appearance' icon in the top right corner of the page

Note: Changes made in the Live Editor of the application form will affect the application forms of all job openings.
