How can I sign up for the Free plan?

If you’re new to Homerun, you can start the free trial first. Our trial gives you access to all our features so you can try out everything Homerun has to offer. After your trial, any user or admin with the Billing page permission can sign up for a Free plan at any given time.

  1. From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar

  2. From here, click Plans

  3. Scroll down a bit and click Start Free plan

  4. No need to add billing details or a payment method, you’re using Homerun for free so you’re all set!

Note: If you’ve downgraded to Free from our Mini, Basic, Light or Plus plan you will find your scheduled downgrade at the top of your Plans page under “Upcoming plans.”

How can I upgrade?

Any user or admin with Billing page permission can upgrade from a Free plan to a paid plan at any given time. If you’re a small company that’s growing, our Mini plan or Light plan might be a good fit!

  1. From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar

  2. From here, click Plans

  3. Click on the plan you want to upgrade to

  4. On the next screen, choose your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and payment method, click Upgrade plan

  5. You’re all set: your new plan will start right away.

You will find your new plan at the top of your Plans page under “Your plan”.

What happens if I reach my limits?

With our Free plan, you can use 1 job slot, have up to 3 candidates in your account, and send 50 emails per week.

Email limit

If you try sending an email when your limit has been reached, the email won't send. You’ll be notified of this the moment you try sending an email. On the Plans page, you will find an alert icon beside ‘emails’, showing you’ve reached your limit.

Candidate limit

The Free plan has a limit of 10 candidates. Once you’ve reached 80% of your candidate limit there is a warning notification displayed in Homerun and you'll receive an email. This way you’ll be informed in time to ensure you don’t miss out on any candidates!

Once you’ve reached your limit, the Apply now button on your job posts will change to Applications closed. Of course, we’ll notify you immediately so you can choose to upgrade or delete candidates to make room for more.

Job limit

When you have used your job slot, you will be prevented from opening a new job unless you upgrade to a different plan.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription and account by contacting the Support team. Just shoot us a message via live chat or send us an email at support@homerun.co.
