The difference between deleting and disqualifying candidates
If you disqualify a candidate they will be hidden from the list of candidates, but the profile is still available in your talent pool or 'Disqualified' list in the job opening. If you decide that a candidate’s profile is no longer needed, you can delete it permanently.
Deleting a candidate
Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the specific job where you want to delete a candidate from.
Select 'Candidates' in the menu bar at the top.
From the candidate profile, click the three dots in the taskbar in the top left corner
Click 'Delete candidate'.
Click 'Confirm' to permanently delete the candidate.
All done! You've now deleted this candidate.
