How do I add the Intercom messenger to my career page and job posts?

You can lower the barrier of contact for visitors on your career page or job posts by adding the Intercom Messenger to your account. 

Note: to add Intercom Messenger you need an Intercom account. For more information about Intercom, check out their website.

Adding the Intercom messenger

  1. Click your profile in the top left corner and click Settings

  2. At the left, scroll to Advanced, and click Integrations

  3. Scroll down to Intercom and add your Intercom app ID.

  4. Click Save changes

The Intercom Messenger will now show up on your career page and job posts.
