Bulk deleting candidates with the date function

Because of GDPR, you're no longer allowed to store candidate data indefinitely. You can enforce your retention policy by regularly deleting personal data in bulk. Alternatively, you can ask for candidates' permission to keep their data for another period of time determined by you.

  1. From the sidebar on the left, click 'Candidates'.

  2. Click on 'Filters', then choose 'Applied/sourced' + any time at the left menu.

  3. Choose your option: 'date before X', 'date on X', 'date after X', 'any date'.

  4. Select the date you need (for example ‘date before May 1, 2018') and click 'Apply'.

  5. You will see a list of the selected candidates on your screen.

  6. Select the candidates and click the three dots at the bottom. Next, click 'Delete candidates' and then click 'Confirm'.

  7. The data has been deleted.
