You don't have to be an analyst to understand your Insights reports. They're easy to understand and ready to share with anyone on your team so they can also see the results of your hiring efforts in a beautifully clear overview. To do this, you can create a unique URL that you can share with anyone outside of Homerun.
Enabling sharing on your Insights report
From anywhere in the tool, click Insights in the sidebar or go to the specific job, click the three dots and select Job insights
Select the correct dates in the top left corner
Then, in the top right corner click Share report
Next, click Create private share link
You can then copy the unique URL or open it in a new tab
Note: The unique link is valid for 15 days which means anyone with the unique URL can access the link for 15 days after creating the link unless it is disabled.
Disabling sharing on your Insights report
To disable the link to a shared Insights report, navigate to the share link
At the top, click Stop sharing
The report sharing is now disabled. Sharing is also disabled for anyone who has already seen the report via the link
