You can activate the LinkedIn Limited Listings integration so that LinkedIn can automatically gather your active jobs and post them to their job board for you.
Activating LinkedIn Limited Listings
From anywhere in the tool, click 'Settings' in the sidebar.
Via the sidebar on the left, click 'Integrations'.
Scroll down a bit and click 'LinkedIn Limited Listings'.
Add your LinkedIn company ID (learn how to find your LinkedIn company ID).
Click 'Enable integration'.
In order for your jobs to show up on the listing, they'll have to meet certain requirements dictated by LinkedIn, which are as follows:
The job vacancy should be public
The vacancy should have a job post (so no “apply form only” vacancies)
The text in job posts (“text blocks”) should be at least 100 characters long. The job post cannot be empty / only contain picture blocks.
Include a location that at least includes a country and;
The City for on-site jobs (it cannot say “is a remote job” in job integration settings)
The State if country is in the USA for on-site jobs
Open applications should not be listed. We do our best to filter them out, but it’s best if you delist them on your own.
Note: Your job(s) will be eligible for the listing only if all requirements are met. LinkedIn can change these requirements as they see fit. Read more about this LinkedIn feed considerations and third-party job listing and job site inclusion guidelines.
Note: it might take up to 24-48 hours before LinkedIn processes any changes.
Choosing which jobs to add
By default, all eligible jobs will be added to the listing (only public jobs will be visible). You can however decide yourself which jobs you’d like to add/remove from/to this listing:
From anywhere in the tool, go to Jobs or easily pick the job you want to check through Your jobs in the sidebar
Click the treadwheel icon in the top right to go to the Settings
Go to Job boards
Turn the toggle off/on for LinkedIn Limited Listings (make sure the job meets all requirements).
Deactivating LinkedIn Limited Listings
From anywhere in the tool, click 'Settings' in the sidebar.
Via the sidebar on the left, click 'Integrations', under 'Customize'..
Scroll down a bit and click 'LinkedIn Limited Listings'.
Click 'Remove integration'.
