You can activate the LinkedIn Limited Listings integration so that LinkedIn can gather your jobs and post them on their job board for you.

Activating LinkedIn Limited Listings

1. From the Homerun dashboard, click your profile in the top right corner

2. Click Settings

3. On the lefthand side, scroll down and click Integrations

4. Scroll down a bit to "LinkedIn Limited Listings"

5. Add your LinkedIn company ID (use this article to find your ID)

6. Click Enable integration

For your jobs to be eligible to show up on the listing, they will have to meet certain requirements dictated by LinkedIn, which are as follows:

  • The job vacancy should be public

  • The vacancy should have a job post (so no “apply form only” vacancies)

  • The text in job posts (“text blocks”) should be at least 100 characters long. The job post cannot be empty / only contain picture blocks.

  • Include a location with at least country and;

    • City for on-site jobs (cannot say “is remote job” in job integration settings)

    • State if country is in the USA for on-site jobs

  • Open applications should not be listed. We do our best to filter them out, but it’s best if you delist them yourselves

Note that only if all requirements are met, your job(s) will then be eligible to be shown on the listing. LinkedIn might change these requirements as they see fit. Read more about this here and here.

Choosing which jobs to add

By default, all eligible jobs will be added to the listing (only public jobs will be visible). You can however decide yourself which jobs you’d like to add/remove from / to this listing:

  1. Go to the settings of a job

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. At LinkedIn Limited Listings, turn the toggle off / on (make sure the job meets all requirements).

Deactivating LinkedIn Limited Listings

  3. On the lefthand side, scroll down and click Integrations

  4. Scroll down a bit to "LinkedIn Limited Listings"

Note: it might take up to 24 hours before LinkedIn processes any changes
