How do I add custom code?

The custom code feature makes it possible to customize your Homerun pages by adding code like HTML, CSS, Javascript and more. You can add custom code and scripts that are applied to your entire site or to individual pages in your site. Although the feature is easy to use, make sure you know a bit about coding before changing anything in the code of your page. If you don’t know anything about coding: ask one of your tech-savvy colleagues to assist you and help you out.

Head code

Code entered in the Head tag applies to your entire site and can be used to link external resources, add metadata, fonts, social media codes or custom styles in your document.

Body code

Code entered in the Body tag is applied to your entire site and can be used to add things like scripts and content to your site.

You can add code to your career site, to your job post, to your apply form or to all of the above. Here’s how:

Note: Your changes will be visible only after you've published your career site or job post.

Tracking form submissions:

If you’d want to track form submissions of the application forms, you may define the `customCallback` method:

This method will be called after a form has successfully been submitted.

Remember: If custom code is added incorrectly to a page, it can cause problems for the way your page looks or works. If you experience this, we advise you to first remove or change the custom code to see if this resolves the problem.
