You can decide, for every different job opening, what an applicant has to fill in as part of their application, and which of those fields are mandatory. Here's how to do that:
Setting fields to mandatory
- In the job editor, go to the second tab; ‘Application form’.
- Click ‘Edit’ on a block, e.g. ‘Personal Information’.
- Here you can enable and disable specific fields.
- You can also put a checkmark behind the fields you want to be mandatory.
- Click ‘Save’.
