What are tags and how do I use them?

Tags enable you to manage and categorise candidates to match your workflow.

Adding tags

  1. First, make sure you are on the profile of a candidate.
  2. Then, click ‘add tag’ (below the candidate’s name)
  3. In the pop-up, create a new tag or add an existing tag.
    Note that the number behind an existing tag is the number of candidates linked to that tag.
  4. Select the tag(s) you want to add and click ‘ok’.

The tags are now added to the candidate and displayed below their name. You can edit the tags of a candidate by hovering over the existing tags and clicking ‘edit tags’, on the right.

Another way to add a tag

  1. From the top left of your dashboard, go to ‘Candidates’.
  2. When you hover over a candidate, click ‘add tags’ or ‘edit tags’ on the right.
  3. In the pop-up, create a new tag or add an existing tag.
    Note that the number behind an existing tag is the number of candidates already linked to that tag.
  4. Select the tag(s) you want to add and click ‘ok’.

The tags are now added to the candidate and displayed next to their name.

How to search on tags

  1. From the top left of your dashboard, go to ‘Candidates’.
  2. You can filter on a specific tag on the left. You now have a list of all the candidates linked to that tag.
  3. You can narrow your search by adding different filters like dates, more tags, job posts, or amount of stars.

How do I manage and edit tags?

You can see a full overview of all the tags in active use, in your ‘Company details’.
  1. Go to your 'Company details' (top right corner)
  2. On the left, click ‘Tags’ displayed under ‘Candidates’.
  3. Here, you can:
    • Add new tags by clicking ‘Add new tag’.
    • Rename or delete existing tags by hovering over a tag.
      To the right, you can click the pencil icon (rename) or the circled x (delete). When finished renaming, hit enter to save.
