Homerun doesn't include a built-in recording option yet, but that doesn't mean applicants can't apply with a video. Just ask applicants to upload a video on a third-party platform. Here's how.
Letting candidates apply with a video
From anywhere in the tool, click Jobs in the sidebar
Click on the job you would like to adjust the application form for. Click on Apply form in the job navigation at the top of your screen
Add a question or assignment asking applicants to upload a video, e.g.: ‘Introduce yourself in 1 minute. Upload to YouTube or Vimeo and paste the private URL here:’
Click Apply changes in the bottom right corner
Then, click Save changes in the top right corner.
Applicants will only have to copy/paste their private URLs. Easy peasy! See an example of a live apply form below:
