How much does the Plus plan cost?
The Plus plan is only available on a 1-year contract, and you can choose to pay monthly or yearly:
€179 monthly
€1,908 yearly (which breaks down to €159 per month)
You can add more job slots or employee seats if you need:
+€120 per 5 job slots if paying per month (+€100 when paying yearly)
+€75 per 50 employee seats if paying per month (+€50 when paying yearly)
For reference, the Core plan includes 3 fixed job slots, which cannot be increased. To manage more slots or seats flexibly, upgrading to the Plus plan is required. See our Pricing page for more information.

How can I sign up or subscribe to the Plus plan?
If you’re new to Homerun, you can start the free trial first. Our trial gives you access to all our features so you can try out everything Homerun has to offer. After your trial, any user or admin with the Billing page permission can upgrade to the Plus plan at any given time.
From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar
From here, click Plans
Click the Plus plan
On the next screen, choose your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and payment method and you’re all set.
You will find your new plan at the top of your Plans page under “Upcoming plan”.
I’m on the Plus plan and want to add extra job slots or employee seats
You can add extra job slots or employee seats directly from your Plans page. These upgrades take effect immediately and you’ll be charged a prorated amount based on the number of slots or seats added. Your billing will update accordingly, even if you add seats or slots mid-billing cycle.
I’m on the Plus plan and want to remove job slots or employee seats
Downgrades to job slots or employee seats can only be scheduled and will take effect after your yearly contract ends. Until then, you can continue to use the current slots and seats. This ensures predictable billing and helps you plan your hiring and HR capacity effectively.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Following our Terms & Service, cancelling requires 1 month’s notice before the contract renewal date of your yearly plan. 60 days and 45 days before your contract ends, you will receive email reminders about the upcoming renewal. These emails include the date by which you can cancel your subscription.
All plans require a minimum of 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Plans will only be cancelled on your next renewal date – not before.
If your renewal date has already passed, your cancellation will be processed on the following renewal date.
Users with the Billing page permission can cancel by contacting our Support team via live chat or at support@homerun.co. Since you have already paid upfront, you can continue using Homerun until the end of your current billing cycle.
