Update and control a user’s job post roles directly from the Team management settings.

Managing job roles from Team management

From this page, it is possible to:

  • Edit a user’s role in a specific job post.

  • Add a user to one or multiple job posts.

  • Remove a user from one or multiple job posts.

This applies to both existing users and invited users. To manage job post roles:

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’.

  2. Click ‘Team management’.

  3. Select the user you want to edit.

  4. Adjust their job post roles as needed.

  5. Click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.
