How to duplicate a job post in Homerun

Written by Héctor

If you're hiring for a role you've posted before, duplicating an existing job post saves you time — the layout, content, and application form are all copied so you don't have to start from scratch.

Duplicating a job post

  1. Go to Jobs in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Find the job post you want to duplicate — it can be Active, Draft, or Archived.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the job post.

  4. Select Duplicate job.

The duplicated job will appear in your Drafts tab, ready for you to edit before publishing.

What gets copied?

The duplicate includes the job post layout, content blocks, and application form. Previous candidates from the original job are not carried over, so you start with a clean slate.

Note: Any changes you make to the duplicate are independent of the original job post, editing one won't affect the other.
