Saved views let you store your preferred combination of filters, sort order and columns on the Candidates page, so your setup is always ready when you come back. Views are personal, meaning each team member can save their own without affecting anyone else’s table.
The Talent Pool has its own saved views too, separate from the main Candidates page.
Saving a view
On the Candidates page, apply the filters, sort order and column configuration you want to keep.
Click Save view.
Give your view a name and confirm.
Your view will now appear in the views list, ready to switch to at any time.
Switching between views
Click the views menu at the top of the Candidates page to see all your saved views. Click any view to load it, your filters, sort and columns will update instantly.
Updating a view
After loading a saved view, make any changes you want, adjust filters, reorder columns, change the sort. Then you can:
Save: overwrite the current view with your changes.
Save as new view: keep the original intact and save a new view with the changes.
Discard changes: go back to the saved version without keeping anything.
Sharing a view
Every saved view has a shareable link. Copy it and send it to a colleague — when they open it, they’ll see exactly the same candidates table with the same filters applied.
Note: what a colleague can see in that list still depends on their own access and permissions. The view shares the filter setup, not a static snapshot.
Applied filters as pills
When filters are active, they appear as pills at the top of the table. You can click any pill to edit or remove that specific filter, without opening the full filter panel.
Saved views in the Talent Pool
The Talent Pool has its own saved views, completely separate from the main Candidates page. The same logic applies, save your filters and columns there to keep your talent pool organised the way you want.
