When you're part of the hiring team for a job in Homerun, you can create an export of your account.
Creating an export of all the candidates in your account
From anywhere in the tool, click Insights in the sidebar
Click Export data, displayed in the top right corner
Your export is sent to your email address. This link is valid for 24 hours
Open the email to download your export
You can also create an export of the candidates in the jobs where you're part of the hiring team.
Creating an export of candidates in a specific job
Go to the specific job, click the three dots top-right, and select Job insights
Click Export data, displayed at the top right corner
Your export is sent to your email address. This link is valid for 24 hours
Open the email to download your export. That's it!
Export file
The export is a .xlsx file that contains the following candidate data (if filled in by the candidate or team member):
First name
Last name
Email
City
Country
Date of birth
Phone number
Rating (the average of the ratings of all team members)
Application date (the date the candidate applied, candidates that were added manually do not have this date)
Job
Department
Location
Origin (how the candidate entered the process, either sourced or applied)
Source (the source of the candidate if the candidate applied)
Stage (the stage the candidate was in when the export was created)
Tags
Disqualified
Disqualification reason
Hire date
Time to hire (the number of days it took from when the candidate applied to when that candidate was hired)
Time in process (the number of days from when the candidate applied to the moment the candidate was hired, was disqualified or the export was created)
