What are the expected results during or after a Social Ad Campaign?

The expected results during and after the ad campaign will mostly be exposure, and clicks to your job post. The exposure consists of reach (how many people have seen your job ad) and social impressions (number of times that people have seen your job post).
The number of clicks is measured in how many times someone clicked your ad.
Also, every ad campaign not only promotes your job post, but every impression also contributes to your employer brand.

What Insights are available for Social Ad Campaigns?
After the start of an ad campaign, the insights will be available within 24 hours. You can view Insights on:

  • Reach: how many people have seen your job ad

  • Social Impressions: number of times that people have seen your job post

  • Clicks: how many times did someone click on your ad

  • Cost per click: the cost per click can vary per day, depending on competing ads

  • Social: interactions with the ad, likes, hearts, shares etc

  • Total spent: the total money spent on the campaign, at time of viewing the insights

  • Days live: the number of days that the campaign is live

The Insights for the job post itself will also be still available. Remember that those Insights are only applicable to the job post itself, not to the campaign, and vice versa.
