What is a career page and do I need it?

You don't need a career page to find great talent, just make sure candidates know a bit about what it's like working at your company.

A career page is a dedicated page with a list of your open jobs, and a page where you can introduce candidates to what it's like to work at your company. However, this doesn't mean you need a career page to get started and to find or attract great talent.

With Homerun, you can easily enrich your job posts with pictures of the office and your team, a Spotify playlist, your company's Instagram feed, or anything else. There's no need for a dedicated career page right away as you can link to your job posts from your existing website. You can always decide to set up your career page at a later time, at no extra costs.

The benefit of having a career page is that there's a dedicated place for talent to find out what it's like to work at your company even if you don't have jobs open at the time. This way potential candidates can get excited about your company and be encouraged to keep an eye out for new open jobs that you post in the future. Employer Branding is a long game after all.
