You can activate the LinkedIn Limited Listings integration so that LinkedIn can automatically gather your active jobs and post them to their job board for you. If your organization uses an external careers site to manage job posts, LinkedIn Limited Listings cannot be utilized through Homerun. In such cases, it is recommended to contact your external careers site provider to explore other LinkedIn integration options.
Note: as of June 2025, LinkedIn requires customers that upload jobs via a third party integration (such as Homerun) to have a paid account for at least 30 days before automatically publishing the jobs on LinkedIn.

Requirements for LinkedIn Limited Listings
In order for your jobs to show up on the listing, they'll have to meet certain requirements dictated by LinkedIn, which are as follows:
Ensure that a complete job vacancy is provided: include a specific location (address, zip code, city, country, and—for U.S. jobs—state, where applicable). If the job is remote, ensure it is marked as 'Remote' in the settings.
The job vacancy must be public and visible to users.
Each job should feature a complete job post, avoiding listings with only an application form and no accompanying job description.
Job descriptions must contain at least 100 characters and should not consist solely of images or empty fields.
Provide a full location, including address, zip code, city, and country. For United States-based jobs, include the state information for on-site roles.
Open applications or generic posts should not be listed. These are ineligible but can be manually delisted to avoid visibility issues.
Note: Your job(s) will be eligible for the listing only if all requirements are met. LinkedIn can change these requirements as they see fit. Read more about this LinkedIn feed considerations and third-party job listing and job site inclusion guidelines.
Note: it might take up to 24-48 hours before LinkedIn processes any changes.
Note: when changing the name of a job post, the job will be posted as a new job on LinkedIn. When republishing a job post after going 'Private' or 'Archived', it will also be posted as a new job. Additionally, Homerun updates its job feed twice daily. This means updates to your listing might take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the timing of the feed updates. For persistent issues beyond this timeframe, contact LinkedIn Support via email at ltsatsintegrations@linkedin.com for further assistance.
Troubleshooting LinkedIn Job Visibility Issues If your Homerun job postings do not appear on LinkedIn:
Verify the location details for the job in settings, ensuring address, zipcode, city, country, and—for US jobs—state information is filled.
Confirm 'Share with LinkedIn' is active in the job's settings.
Remember updates may require up to 24 hours for changes made in Homerun to reflect.
If the problem persists, republish the job or contact LinkedIn support. By following these steps, you can resolve most visibility issues.
