Why is my company not verified on Homerun?

When you start using Homerun via a free trial, your company is not yet verified. Companies need to be verified to use any feature that involves sending emails through Homerun: confirmation emails, disqualification emails, direct messages, event invitations, scheduling requests and knockout questions.

How do I get my company verified?

  1. Book a demo

    After the demo we will make sure your company is verified.

  2. Upgrade your account to a paid plan

    Your company will be verified within 1 working day after you start a paid plan. This means you do not have to wait for verification to access your upgraded account, but email features will still be blocked until the verification process is complete.

Once your company has been verified, all users within your Homerun account can start using all features that involve sending emails through Homerun.
