How does Homerun calculate candidate analytics across multiple jobs?

If you work with candidates across more than one job, it's worth knowing how Homerun counts them in your analytics. The method depends on how the candidate ended up in each job.

If a candidate applies to two or more jobs separately, each application is treated as its own entry, one count per job. There's no overlap or deduplication between jobs.

If you manually move a candidate from one job to another, it counts as one application across jobs. No new entry is created and your analytics are not affected.
​

Copying a candidate creates a new, separate candidate entry in the destination job. Unlike moving, this does count as an additional application in your analytics.
