  2. Click Candidates, next to "Apply form" at the top.

  3. Click a candidate to go to the candidate profile

Moving multiple candidates to another job opening

If you would like to move multiple candidates to another job opening, you can do this with a bulk action. Here's how.

  1. From the menu on the left, under "Your jobs", click on a job opening

  2. Click Candidates, next to "Apply form" at the top. Make sure you're using the list view.

  3. Select the candidates you'd like to move to another job opening

  4. The applicant task bar appears. Click the three dots in the applicant task bar

  5. Click Move to job

  6. Select a job and confirm by clicking Move

You've now moved multiple candidates to another job opening.

Moving multiple candidates from the Candidates page

Another way to move multiple candidates is from the Candidates page.

  1. From the Homerun dashboard, click Candidates in the sidebar on the left

  2. Use the filtering option on the left t the top to create a selection

  3. Select the candidates you'd like to move

  4. At the bottom, click Move to job

  5. Select a job and confirm by clicking Move

Note: Candidates will be moved to the same stage of the original job opening. If this stage does not exist, the candidate will be moved to the 'new' stage. Also, candidate(s) are moved, not copied.
