If you decide it's time to move a candidate to another stage after reviewing the application, a phone call or an interview, you can move a single candidate to another stage, or you can move multiple candidates at once. In this article we take you through both options.
Moving a single candidate to a different stage
There are two ways to move a single candidate to a different stage:
Changing the stage from the candidate's profile
Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the specific job the candidate applied for.
Click 'Candidates' next to the 'Apply Form' at the top.
Open the profile of the candidate you wish to move.
In the task bar at the top, click the arrow icon and select the new stage you'd like to move them to.
