Moving the candidate to another job
If another job fits a candidate better, moving them to another job can come in handy.
Moving the candidate means you move the entire candidate profile from one job to another. The existing events and reviews in stages will be deleted, but everything else from the candidate's application is kept intact. The application review will also be saved, since this differs from the other hiring stages.
Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the job where you want to copy a candidate from.
Select 'Candidates' in the menu bar at the top.
Click on a candidate to open up their profile.
Click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) in the top right corner, then click 'Move to...'.
Select 'Move candidate' in the modal that pops up.
Select the job you want to copy the candidate to and click 'Move'. That's it, the candidate has now been moved to the job you selected.
