How do I cancel my plan?

Your plan will automatically renew after each billing cycle (either monthly or yearly). If you no longer want or need to use Homerun, you can cancel your plan by completing an Exit Form, which initiates the formal cancellation and deletion process, or by opening a chat with the Support team and clicking 'Talk to a person 👤' after this message. Please note that for companies created after March 10th, 2022, only the Owner of the account can request the deletion of your Homerun account.

Important timing for cancellations: To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle begins. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans. For annual plans, please note that refund policies for unused months may vary based on specific terms.

Furthermore, when canceling, users are required to specify a deletion date, which cannot extend beyond the end of the billing cycle. This ensures adequate time for users to finalize their decisions.

Since you paid upfront, you can continue using Homerun until the end of the current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, your account will be permanently deleted. By adhering to the proper notice periods, you can ensure a smooth cancellation process and avoid unwanted fees. Please note that once an account is deleted, all associated data becomes irretrievable. It is recommended to request a data export via the Exit Form before finalizing the deletion process. Additionally, pausing accounts is no longer available, and users without active plans will have their accounts permanently deleted.

Can I reclaim my account or data after deletion? No, once an account is permanently deleted according to the specified timeline, it cannot be recovered. Ensure you use the data export option during the deletion process if needed. Does Homerun send confirmation prior to permanent deletion? Yes, Homerun’s support team will confirm your deletion request and provide updates, including the final deletion date. What if I only want to pause my subscription temporarily? At present, pausing accounts is not an available option. Deletion is the outcome for accounts without an active plan.
