How do I cancel my plan?
Your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). If you no longer wish to use Homerun, you can cancel your plan by completing an Exit Form, which initiates the formal cancellation and deletion process, or by opening a chat with our Support team and clicking ‘Talk to a person 👤’ after this message.
Please note: for companies created after 10th March 2022, only an Owner or Admin of the account can request the deletion of your Homerun account.
Important Information on Cancellations
All plans require a minimum of 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Plans will only be cancelled on your next renewal date and not before.
If you have already passed your renewal date, the cancellation will take effect at the following renewal date.
To avoid automatic renewal charges, please ensure your cancellation is submitted at least one month before your next billing cycle begins.
If you’ve paid upfront, you can continue using Homerun until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be permanently deleted. Once deleted, all associated data will be irretrievable. We highly recommend requesting a data export via the Exit Form before confirming cancellation.

Pausing accounts is no longer available. Accounts without an active plan will be permanently deleted.
Homerun’s data deletion policy is fully GDPR-compliant – once an account is cancelled or deleted, all company and customer data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Users are encouraged to export any necessary data before finalising cancellation to retain access to important information.
Additional Information
For annual plans, we’ll send two renewal reminders: one 60 days and another 45 days prior to your renewal date. These emails will include the exact deadline by which you need to cancel.
Can I reclaim my account or data after deletion?
No – once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Yes – our Support team will confirm your deletion request and provide updates, including the final deletion date.
Is there an option other than full cancellation?
Yes – you can switch to the Light plan, which allows you to retain limited access to your account and data without full deletion.
Since you paid upfront, you can continue using Homerun until the end of the current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, your account will be permanently deleted. Once a cancellation is confirmed, the account will not renew, and you will not be billed again (as long as proper notice is given) ensuring a smooth cancellation process and avoiding unwanted fees. Note: Pausing accounts is no longer available, but with a downgrade to Starter plan, perfect for less active hiring periods. Accounts without an active plan will be permanently deleted.
