How to reactivate your Homerun account

Written by Héctor

Reactivate your Homerun account

If your account has been deactivated and you want to start using Homerun again, we'll help you get back on track. What happens next depends on why your account became inaccessible.

Account deactivated due to a failed payment

If your account was deactivated because of a failed payment, your data is held for 30 days. During this period you can reactivate by logging in and completing the payment. Once payment is processed, access is restored immediately. If 30 days pass without a successful payment, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Account cancelled or subscription ended

If you actively cancelled your plan or your subscription period ended, your account is automatically deleted that same night. Once deleted, the account and all associated data — career page, job posts, candidate information — cannot be recovered. If you'd like to use Homerun again, you're welcome to create a new account from scratch.

Choosing a plan to reactivate

When reactivating your account after a failed payment, you'll need to select one of our pricing plans. Simply log in to your account and pick the plan that suits your needs best. For example, the Starter plan offers 1 job slot and 10 employee seats, including full access to all ATS and HR features. You can compare all plans on our Pricing page.

Your data

If your account is deactivated due to a failed payment, your data remains safe for 30 days. After that, if no payment is made, all associated data such as your career page, job posts, and candidate information will be permanently deleted in accordance with Homerun's data policy. We recommend exporting your data if you are unsure whether you will reactivate.
