Reactivate your Homerun account
If your account has been deactivated due to an expired trial, a failed payment, cancellation, or closure, and you want to start using Homerun again, we’ll help you get back on track.
Here's what you need to know:
Choose a pricing plan: When reactivating your account, you’ll need to select one of our pricing plans. For example, Homerun offers a Starter plan with features such as 1 job slot and 10 employee seats (HR tools) for €29/month, billed annually. Simply log in to your account and pick the plan that suits your needs best.
Your data is safe: If you cancel your account and do not reactivate it on a paid plan, all associated data, such as your career page and job posts, will be permanently deleted in accordance with Homerun’s data policy. However, you have a 30-day window post-cancellation to export your data. Reactivation ensures your data is securely preserved so you won't lose your hard work.
Contact Homerun Support if Needed: In case you cannot access your account for any reason, you can follow these additional steps:
Provide the full company name and email address associated with the account to Homerun's support team.
Ensure accurate information is provided to verify ownership.
Wait for instructions from the support team after verification.
Curious about our pricing plans? Take a look at our Pricing page for all the details. Reactivation may require additional verification steps depending on the account's status, and timelines may vary accordingly. Ensure your email address is accurate and up to date, as it will be used for all support communications.
The Starter plan costs €29/month (billed annually), and reinstated accounts are generally subject to a cost of £60.48 per month, subject to local variations. For those who cancel and then reactivate, accounts remain active until the end of the billing cycle before being deleted.
