You can easily send your newly hired candidates to Homerun HR without having to leave Homerun ATS.
Note: You will need an active Homerun HR account for this integration
Note: You will need the 'Team management' permission to be able to use the 'Send to Homerun HR' option in a candidate profile
Setting up the Homerun HR integration
From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar
βNavigate to Integrations in the left-hand side menu.
Click 'Homerun HR' in the 'Workflow' section.
Follow the steps to get the Homerun HR credentials.
Click 'Connect'.
Authorize access to your Homerun HR account by pasting the client ID and secret.
Click 'Save' and then 'Authorize' to establish the connection.
You can now send candidates straight to Homerun HR without having to manually add them.
Sending candidates to Homerun HR
When you want to send a hired candidate to Homerun HR, head to the candidate's profile in your Homerun account.
Next, click the three dots (...) in the applicant task bar.
Click 'Send to Homerun HR'.
In the pop-up, complete the information you'd like to send to Homerun HR.
Click 'Send'.
The candidate information will be sent to your Homerun HR account.
You've now added a candidate to your Homerun HR account!
Removing the Homerun HR integration
From anywhere in the tool, click 'Settings' in the sidebar.
Navigate to 'Integrations' in the left-hand side menu.
Click 'Homerun HR' in the Workflow section.
Click 'Remove integration'.
Click Confirm to fully remove the integration.
That's it! You've just removed the integration with Homerun HR. If at any point you'd like to set up the integration again, follow the steps described in this article.
