This feature is available in our Light, Basic or Plus plan.
Note: You will need an active AFAS account for this integration.
Note: You will need the 'Team management' permission to be able to use the 'Send to AFAS' option in a candidate profile.
Setting up the AFAS integration
From anywhere in the tool, click 'Settings' in the sidebar
Navigate to 'Integrations' in the left-hand side menu.
Click 'AFAS' in the Workflow section.
Follow steps 1 - 7 in the Apideck guide to get your AFAS credentials.
This requires AFAS knowledge, so be sure to reach out to a colleague that can help you if you get stuck. Since we cannot access AFAS, we can't offer hands-on support in setting up the integration.Click 'Connect'.
Authorize access to your AFAS account by entering all details in the pop-up.
Make sure to save these credentials in a separate document in case you need to re-enter them.
Click 'Save' and then 'Authorize' to establish the connection. You can now send candidates straight to AFAS without having to manually add them.
Sending candidates to AFAS
To send a candidate to AFAS, head to the candidate's profile in your Homerun account.
Next, click the three dots (...) in the applicant task bar.
Click 'Send to AFAS'.
In the pop-up, complete the information you'd like to send to AFAS.
βClick 'Send'.
The candidate information will be sent to your AFAS account where you should now be able to find the candidate!
Removing the AFAS integration
From anywhere in the tool, click 'Settings' in the sidebar.
Navigate to 'Integrations' in the left-hand side menu.
Click 'AFAS' in the Workflow section.
Click 'Remove integration'.
Click Confirm to fully remove the integration. That's it! You'll have just removed the integration with AFAS. If at any point you'd like to set up the integration again, follow the steps described in this article.
