You can easily export your newly hired candidates to Nmbrs without having to leave Homerun. This page explains the following:
Note: You will need an active Nmbrs account for this integration
Setting up the Nmbrs integration
From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar
Navigate to Integrations in the left-hand side menu
Click Nmbrs in the Workflow section
Click Connect to Nmbrs
Authorise access to your Nmbrs account and select the company you want to send candidates to
Click Save and you are all set.
Good one! You can now send candidates straight to Nmbrs without having to manually add them.
Exporting candidates to Nmbrs
When you want to export a hired candidate to Nmbrs, head to the candidate's profile in your Homerun account
Next, click the three dots (...) in the applicant task bar
Click Send to Nmbrs
In the next screen, complete the information you'd like to export to Nmbrs
Click Send
The candidate information will be sent to your Nmbrs account.
You've now added a candidate to your Nmbrs account!
Removing the Nmbrs integration
From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar
Navigate to Integrations in the left-hand side menu
Click Nmbrs in the Workflow section
Click Remove integration
Click Confirm to fully remove the integration.
That's it! You've just removed the integration with Nmbrs. If at any point you'd like to set up the integration again, follow the steps described in this article.
