What does the integration do?
Integrating Buddee with Homerun enables a seamless transition from the hiring process to employee onboarding. Candidate information captured in Homerun can be transferred to Buddee in a few clicks, eliminating manual data entry and streamlining your onboarding workflow.
The following data will be transferred (if inputted) from Homerun to Buddee:
First name
Last name
E-mail address
Job title of the vacancy they were hired for
Profile photo
Date of birth
Phone number
Integrating Homerun with Buddee
To activate the integration with Buddee, you will need the Homerun API key.
Step 1. Generating the Homerun API Key
Via the sidebar on the left, click on your company profile at the top left, then click 'Settings'.
Navigate to 'Public API' in the left-hand side menu.
Click the green button 'Generate V2 API key'.
Your API V2 key is generated. Click 'Show V2 API Key'.
In the pop-up modal, click 'Copy' to copy the API Key.
Click 'Done'. The next step is using this code and pasting it into Buddee.
Step 2. Activating the integration in Buddee
Next up is using your Homerun API Key and adding this to your Buddee account:
First, log in to Buddee with your account details.
Via the sidebar on the left, click the 'Settings' icon (the gear icon).
Click on 'Bekijk details'
Next, fill in the API key you just copied and click 'Opslaan' to complete the wizardry ✨
