In a few simple steps, you can allow applicants to upload their resume, portfolio or cover letter. Uploaded documents will be added to the candidate’s profile, so you can easily view or download them at any time.

Enabling applicants to upload their resume

  1. From anywhere in the tool, click Jobs in the sidebar

  2. Click on the job you would like to adjust the application form for. Click on Apply form in the job navigation at the top of your screen

  3. Click the Edit icon at "Education, work experience"

  4. Switch the toggle for Resume upload. You can select the checkbox to mark this field as required

  5. Click Apply changes in the bottom right corner

  6. Then, click Save changes in the top right corner.

That’s it. Good job!

In case you also want candidates to upload their portfolio or cover letter, continue reading (the first two steps are the same).

Enabling applicants to upload their portfolio or cover letter

  1. From anywhere in the tool, click Jobs in the sidebar

  2. Click on the job you would like to adjust the application form for. Click on Apply form in the job navigation at the top of your screen

  3. At "Questions", click Add question and select File upload

  4. Specify what kind of file you need in the Question field

  5. Decide if you want to allow multiple files and if you want to make this a required field

  6. Click Add question in the bottom right corner

  7. Then, click Save in the top right corner to save the application form.

There you go. All done!

Note: The maximum upload size for images is 5MB and 25MB for other files. Also, the changes you make in an application form only affect that specific job opening.
