What is version history and how do I use it?

This feature is available in our Plus plan.

If you're making big changes to your job posts, or if you regret deleting something from your job post you can turn back time by restoring older versions of your job post.

Restoring older versions of your job posts and career page

  1. In the menu at the right side of the job or career page editor, scroll all the way down to Version history

  2. From here, you can access the different Saved and Published versions. It also shows which team member saved/published that specific version

  3. To view an older version, click the three dots displayed next to the version and click Preview to check the saved page

  4. To restore an older version, click the three dots displayed next to the version and click Open version which will open the page in the Editor

  5. Click Save draft in the top right corner to save the page. If you want to set this version live right away, click Publish.
