This feature is available in our Plus plan

From the moment you become a user on our Plus plan, you’ll receive Priority support. This means that you'll have access to all features in Homerun and you’ll be at the top of the list to receive support when you need it. Our already speedy support will be even faster for you.

As soon as you sign up or upgrade to the Plus plan, you’ll receive a personal welcome message. If you bump into a problem, have a question, or you’d just like someone to chat with while working in Homerun, you can reach us by hitting the little blue chat box at the bottom right in the tool or by sending an email. Going to this messenger will show you the option to search through our resources or to immediately chat with our live support.

By sending us a message, your ticket will arrive in our Priority inbox. We aim to respond to your message in 30 minutes (or less!).
