What are the benefits of the Plus plan?
A subscription to our Plus plan gives you access to all the features included in the Light plan and Basic plan, as well as:
10 job slots, with the possibility to add as many as you like in packages of 5 (Yearly: +€99 per 5 slots / Monthly: +€119 per 5 slots)

How much does the Plus plan cost?
You can choose to pay €239,- monthly, or €2388,- yearly (which comes down to €199 per month – score!). Want to know how our billing works? Please check out this Help Center article!
How can I sign up or subscribe to the Plus plan?
If you’re new to Homerun, you can start the free trial first. Our trial gives you access to all our features so you can try out everything Homerun has to offer. After your trial, any user or admin with the Billing page permission can upgrade to the Plus plan at any given time.
From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar
From here, click Plans
Click the Plus plan
On the next screen, choose your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and payment method and you’re all set.
You will find your new plan at the top of your Plans page under “Upcoming plan”.
I’m on the Plus plan and want to add extra job slots
In case you’re on the Plus plan and want to add extra job slots (you can do so per 5), you can add them right away from the Plans page (for €119 monthly or €99 x 12 yearly). You’ll pay a prorated amount based on the number of jobs added. In the picture below you’ll find an example of a customer on the Plus plan (with 10 jobs slots, paying monthly) upgrading to 15 job slots halfway through their billing cycle:
Upgrading your Plus plan from 10 job slots to 15 active job slots halfway through your current billing cycle comes down to: €358 - €239 = €119 / 2 = €59,50.
Please note that €239 is the monthly price for 10 job slots (which was paid at the beginning of the current billing cycle).
I’m on the Plus plan and want to remove job slots
If you want to remove job slots (you can do so per 5), you can do so by going to your Plans page. After the downgrade, you can continue to use them until the end of the billing cycle. After that, the job slots will be removed from your plan, which means some of your jobs will be closed automatically according to the limits.
Important note: If you’re on a yearly plan, the job slots can only be downgraded after your yearly plan ends. For example: you choose a Plus plan with 15 jobs and after six months you want to open more jobs because your company is growing. You decide to upgrade to 20 job slots, meaning you'll have 20 job slots until your yearly plan ends. You cannot go back to 15 job slots.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Users with Billing page permission can cancel the subscription and account by contacting the Support team. Just shoot us a message via live chat or email us at support@homerun.co. Since you already paid upfront, you can use Homerun until the end of your current billing cycle.
