Via the sidebar on the left, click your profile in the top left corner, and click 'Your plan'. This will lead you to the Plans page.

On the Plans page, select the plan of your choice.

Select whether you want to go for a monthly or yearly plan.

Review your payment method and billing details, ensuring they are up to date.

To upgrade your plan, click 'Upgrade'. That's it! Your upgrade will go into effect immediately.
