How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

Upgrading your plan

  1. Via the sidebar on the left, click your profile in the top left corner, and click 'Your plan'. This will lead you to the Plans page.

  2. On the Plans page, select the plan of your choice. If you're upgrading to a plan like Core or Plus, note that these come with a 1-year contract. You can choose to pay monthly or yearly, but your contract will run with that plan for 12 months!

  3. Select whether you want to go for a monthly or yearly plan.

  4. Review your payment method and billing details, ensuring they are up to date.

  5. To upgrade your plan, click 'Upgrade'. That's it! Your upgrade will go into effect immediately.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Via the sidebar on the left, click your profile in the top left corner, and click 'Your plan'. This will lead you to the Plans page.

  2. On the Plans page, select the plan of your choice.

  3. Select whether you want to go for a monthly or yearly plan.

  4. Review your payment method and billing details, ensuring they are up to date.

  5. To downgrade your plan, click 'Schedule downgrade'.

  6. Your downgrade will be scheduled for after your current billing cycle ends: either at the end of the month (if you're on a monthly plan like Starter), or at the end of your contract (if you're on a yearly contract like Core or Plus).

    🧠 Keep in mind:

    • Downgrades for yearly contracts will only take effect after the 12-month period ends.

    • It's not possible to switch to yearly when planning a downgrade.
      As a workaround, you can switch to monthly first, and then change to yearly the day after. Rest assured, no money will be lost on your side!
