Changing the event details
There are two ways to view and edit your events in Homerun:
1. Via the events page
Via the sidebar on the left, click 'Events'.
Click the event you want to make changes to. You will be directed to the candidate profile.
In the candidate profile, under 'Hiring stages', click on the stage where the event is scheduled to take place.
Simply click on the event to start editing.
Change any detail of the event and click 'Next' when you're ready to preview the (updated) invite.
Click 'Send' to notify attendees of the updated event.
2. Directly via the candidate profile
In the candidate profile, under 'Hiring stages', click on the stage where the event is scheduled to take place.
Simply click on the event to start editing.
Change any detail of the event, and make sure the box is checked if you want to send an update to the candidate and attendees about the event.
Click 'Next' when you're ready to preview the (updated) invite.
Click 'Send' to send the (updated) invite.
An email with updated event details will be sent to all attendees, including the candidate. If they RSVP again, the 'old' event will automatically be updated.
Important note: please make sure you change the date, time and duration or cancel events in Homerun and not in your calendar app as this won’t notify your attendees.
