How to set up your hiring stage settings

Each vacancy has its own hiring stage settings where you can edit the hiring stage name and add event templates and scorecards per vacancy.

Please note that you cannot change the Application stage.

How to find the stage settings per job

  1. Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the job you want to change the stage settings of.

  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to navigate to the job settings.

  3. Scroll down to 'Hiring stages'.

  4. Select the hiring stage you want to edit.

  5. Here, you can edit the name of the hiring stage and add or edit your event and scorecard templates.

How to add an event template to your hiring stage

  1. Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the job you want to change the hiring stages for.

  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to navigate to the job settings.

  3. Scroll down to 'Hiring stages'.

  4. Select the hiring stage you want to add an event template to.

  5. At 'Event', click 'Insert template'.

  6. In the dropdown menu, select one of your existing event templates or select 'Start without a template' to create a new event template from scratch.

How to add a scorecard template to your hiring stage

  1. Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the job you want to change the hiring stages for.

  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to navigate to the job settings.

  3. Scroll down to 'Hiring stages'.

  4. Select the hiring stage you want to add a scorecard template to.

  5. At 'Scorecard', click 'Insert template'.

  6. In the dropdown menu, select one of your existing scorecard templates or select 'Start without a template' to create a new scorecard from scratch.
