By marking questions as sensitive in the apply form, only users with sensitive information permission can see the answers to those questions.

You can set up these questions in the apply form with any question type. Both the question and answer are only visible to those users that have the sensitive information permission.

When a candidate answers a sensitive question

When a candidate answers a sensitive question, the information will be stored just like non-sensitive answers. However, if a user does not have the sensitive information permission, the user will not see the question or answer in either the table view or candidate profile. If the user does have sensitive permission, the candidate profile will show sensitive questions and answers with a yellow background and a 'lock' icon, indicating that this information is sensitive and should be treated as such.
