Team members with sensitive information permission can add and view sensitive information. With this permission, it's possible to only give a select group of team members access to some information. Currently, this permission is limited to the team notes. This means that if you want to share information in a team note with only a part of the hiring team, you can do so by sharing this information in a sensitive note.

Giving team members the sensitive information permission

You can give other team members access to sensitive information if you have access to sensitive information yourself, and if you have the Team Management permission. You can change who has access by following these steps:

  1. At the bottom of the sidebar, click Settings

  2. Next, click Sensitive information, displayed under "Company"

  3. Click Give permission and select the team member(s) you want to give access to sensitive information

  4. Then, click Give permission again

The team member(s) can now add new, and view existing sensitive notes on candidate profile(s).

To remove access, start from the Sensitive information page and simply click the x icon next to the team member(s) to revoke access.

Note: Any sensitive notes that were already written by team member(s) will remain on the candidate profile(s).
