Changes to our plan offerings - 2025

For our customers with Legacy Light plan or Basic plan, we have you covered.

Written by Héctor

We’ve updated our plan offerings and pricing structure. However, you will find all the information you need in this article.

New plans: Starter, Core, and Plus

These new plans bundle job slots in Homerun ATS together with employee seats in Homerun HR, creating plans that better reflect how teams hire and manage their people.

  • All new plans come with a 12-month commitment but allow monthly or yearly billing options.

  • All new plans include full access to both Homerun ATS and HR features.

Light and Basic plan users: What you need to know

If you're currently on the Light or Basic plan, you can stay on your current plan for as long as you like. These plans are no longer available to new users or for switching, but they will remain active for existing customers.

However, if you choose to change your plan in the future, for example, by switching to one of our new plans (Starter, Core, or Plus), your billing and contract terms will change. Here's how it works:

  • Once you move to a new plan, you won't be able to return to the Light or Basic plan.

  • All new plans (Starter, Core, and Plus) require a 12-month commitment. You can still choose to pay monthly or yearly, but the commitment is for a full year.

To help you compare, here’s a reminder of what your current plan includes:

Light plan

  • 3 job slots

  • 25 employee seats

  • €99 per month (billed annually)

  • Full access to all features

Basic plan

  • 6 job slots

  • 75 employee seats

  • €159 per month (billed annually)

  • Full access to all features

If you’re happy with your current plan, no action is needed. If you’re considering switching, just be aware of the differences in pricing and contract terms. Here you can have a look at the new Pricing plans.

Billing and contract details

  • All plans (Starter, Core, and Plus) require a 1-year contract.

  • Users on yearly contracts will receive reminder emails 60 and 45 days before renewal.

  • You must cancel at least 1 month before your renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.

Failed payments ⚠️

  • If a payment fails and remains unpaid for more than 30 days, your account will be deactivated and blocked.

  • We will continue to attempt to charge you until your contract ends.

  • Contracts will not auto-renew if the final or second-to-last payment has failed.
