When you don’t want a job post to be visible on your career page/to the public, you can create a private job. Private job posts can only be viewed by people/colleagues who receive a unique, private link from you.
Creating a private job post
- When you've created a new job post, click the green button Publish in the top right corner. You can switch the toggle to publish the job privately:

- You can find the private link by clicking the Share button in the top right corner, and then clicking Copy link, as shown below:
- The private share link will look something like this: company.homerun.co/content-manager?token06193970acf77d6832684f6ac. This is the only link people can use to access the job post and apply.
Note: A private job post won’t be visible on your career page
Changing a job post from public to private

- Click on the Job settings (gear icon) in the top right corner
- Under General, you'll see the Visibility is set to Public. Click Private to switch the job to a private job
- Click Save changes
The job post is now private and will be labeled as such.
