From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar
Next, click My profile and scroll down Password
Click Forgot your password? Click here to reset
You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a new password.
Requesting your password when you're not logged in
On the login page, click Forgot your password?
Fill in the email address you’re using for your Homerun account and click Reset password
You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a new password.
Note: It can take a couple of minutes before you receive the email with instructions to reset your password. Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam or junk folder. If delays persist, allow some time for email server processing before retrying. Still nothing? Please get in touch with our support team. Wait for a few minutes after submitting the password reset request, as it might take some time for the email to arrive. If issues persist, proceed to request the password reset again as a troubleshooting step.
