As our customer, you can expect high-quality support from our Customer Success Team whenever you need help with Homerun.

You can contact us through the chat function in the bottom-right corner of the tool. From there, you can also search our Help Center resources to find answers and guidance while you work in Homerun.

Please note that our chat function is not live, so you won’t be connected to someone instantly. Response times can vary depending on ticket volume, but we always aim to respond to all support queries within 1 working day.
