You can find all the invoices and other billing specifications on the Billing page in Homerun.
Note: If you use both Homerun ATS and HR, billing for both products is managed in your ATS account.
Finding your invoices
From anywhere in the tool, click Settings in the sidebar
Click Billing in the left-hand menu
Click an entry to check specific billing specifications — all invoices are available to download directly from this page
Note: you can only access the Billing details if you're an admin with the billing details permission.
Invoice timing
Card payments are processed quickly, so invoices appear almost instantly. If you pay by SEPA Debit, your invoice won't appear until the payment has fully cleared — this can take a number of days.
