How do I cancel my plan?

Your plan will automatically renew after each billing cycle (either monthly or yearly). If you no longer want or need to use Homerun, you can choose to cancel the scheduled renewal anytime by opening a chat with the Support team by clicking 'Talk to a person πŸ‘€' after this message. Please note that for companies created after March 10th, 2022, only the Owner of the account can request the deletion of your Homerun account.

Important timing for cancellations: To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle begins. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans. For annual plans, please note that refund policies for unused months may vary based on specific terms.

Since you paid upfront, you can continue using Homerun until the end of the current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, your account will be permanently deleted. By adhering to the proper notice periods, you can ensure a smooth cancellation process and avoid unwanted fees.
