Add a custom confirmation email to a job to personalise a candidate's experience after applying

If you'd like to make an exception to the default confirmation email that every applicant automatically receives, you can customize the email for any specific job. This will replace the default confirmation email.

Adding a custom email confirmation per job

  1. Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the specific job you want to change the confirmation email of.

  2. Click the Settings icon on the top right.

  3. At the left, click Confirmation email.

  4. Switch the toggle to enable the custom confirmation of that job.

  5. Add or change the text of the confirmation email.

  6. If your job post is published in different languages, make sure to change the confirmation mail for those languages as well. Select the language(s) from the drop-down menu and change the text accordingly.

  7. Click 'Save changes'.

Nice! Your new custom confirmation email will, together with a copy of their application, be sent to all new applicants of that job.
