If after reviewing, an interview or a phone call it's time for a candidate to move to another stage, you can move a single candidate to another stage, or move multiple candidates at the same time.

Moving a single candidate to another stage

There are two ways to move a single candidate to another stage. The first is to simply change the stage below the candidate name on their profile:

  1. From the sidebar on the left, click the job the candidate applied for.

  2. Click Candidates, next to Apply form, at the top.

  3. Click the candidate profile you'd like to move

  4. Below their name, click their current stage and click the new stage you'd like to move them to.

The second option is to drag and drop the candidate from the Overview page:

  1. From the sidebar on the left, click the job the candidate applied for.

  2. Click Candidates, next to "Apply form" at the top. Make sure you're using the board view.

  3. Click and drag the candidate's name over to the stage you'd like to move them to.

Moving multiple candidates to another stage

  1. From the sidebar on the left, click the job the candidate applied for.

  2. Click Candidates, next to Apply form at the top.

  3. Switch to the Candidate list view if you're using the Candidate board view

  4. Use the checkboxes at the left to select the candidates you want to move.

  5. At the bottom of the page, click Move to stage and select the right stage to move the candidates to

The candidates have now been moved to their new stage.
