Not all emails are best received at the moment you write them. That's why you can schedule emails to be sent at a later time in Homerun.
You can schedule regular emails, as well as disqualification emails (just one or in bulk).
Scheduling an email
- When you're composing an email (either to a single candidate or multiple candidates), click the Clock icon displayed in the lower-left corner. 
- Next, select the date and time you'd like the email to be sent. 
- Click 'Save' to confirm your selection. 
- Finally, click 'Schedule' in the lower right corner to schedule your email. 
The scheduled email will be shown in purple in the candidate's timeline. It will turn blue after it's sent.

Editing a scheduled email
- Open up the message modal by clicking the 'Message' button at the top of the candidate's profile. 
- Click 'Cancel' next to the scheduled time. 
- If you want to edit the scheduled message, click 'Edit message'. Be sure to click the Clock-icon again to make sure the message is still scheduled. 
- If you want to delete the scheduled message, click 'Delete message'. 
Note: Keep in mind that the displayed scheduled time is based on your local timezone. If you schedule an email for 9:00 AM, it means the email will be sent at 9:00 AM in your timezone.
