Together with your team, you can decide who’s the right hire. When a candidate applies, you’ll instantly receive a notification by email or in-app.

This article explains more about reviewing candidates and covers the following steps:

Viewing a candidate's profile and their application

  1. From the menu on the left, under "Your jobs", click the job the candidate applied for.

  2. Click Candidates, next to "Apply form" at the top.

Every profile and application has the same format:

  • At the top, you’ll find basic info like name, age, phone number and email address

  • Scroll down to read more about the candidate's education and experience

  • If you've added Questions to the application form, you’ll find the answers at the bottom of the candidate profile

Rating a candidate's application

On the right side of the candidate profile page, you can review the candidate and select one to five stars. To reset your review, just click the star-rating you’ve given (if you’ve given three stars, click the third star). You can now add a new rating.

Adding team notes and @mentioning team members

You can elaborate on your rating or share other feedback by adding a team note. If you want a colleague to receive a notification about your note, mention them by using @Name. You can also notify the entire hire team by mentioning @team.

Viewing the average rating of a candidate

The other hiring team members will also review candidates. Switch to the 'List view' to see a quick overview of all candidates sorted by the average rating of your team. Hover over the stars to see the individual rating of each team member.
