If you want to adjust or delete your rating, you can do so by clicking 'Edit' or 'Delete' under the review you submitted.
If your team has reviewed the candidate and you want to proceed them to the next round, press the green 'Qualified' button to move them to the next hiring stage.
In-depth review after an interview
After the application review, you have moved the candidate to an interview stage where you can elaborately review the candidate per interview stage. These individual hiring pages are where most of the communication with your team members will take place.
Via the sidebar on the left, click on a job opening under 'Your jobs' or head to the 'Jobs' page to navigate to the job where you have just interviewed a candidate for.
Click 'Candidates', next to 'Apply form' at the top.
Click on one of the hiring stages to navigate to the dedicated stage page. Each hiring stage has a dedicated page where you can find the events and reviews per stage. This is where you can review the candidate after you have conducted an interview.
From the hiring stage page, click 'Add review' on the left.
Note down your key take-aways, and decide whether you think the candidate should progress to the next stage.
Click 'Submit' to add your review.
Adding comments and @mentioning team members
Adding comments is possible by clicking the speech bubble icon in the task bar, or by pressing 'c' on your keyboard. This is where your team can share any comments about the candidate, hiring process or any practical information about the candidate. You can notify one of your team members by @mentioning someone, or use the @team tag to send a notification to everyone on the hiring team.
Viewing the average rating of a candidate
The other hiring team members will also review candidates. Switch to the 'List view' to see a quick overview of all candidates sorted by the average rating of your team. Hover over the stars to see the individual rating of each team member.
To read the reviews and comments of other colleagues, follow these steps:
Head over to the candidate profile.
Click on 'Application', under 'Hiring stages'.
Make sure you have reviewed the candidate yourself or have pressed 'Skip' in the Application review sidebar.
That's it! You can now read all the reviews on the right-hand sidebar.
